Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For handcrafted or oversized furniture pieces, delivery may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
How should I care for my wooden furniture?
To maintain the natural finish, we recommend dusting with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals. Use a specialized wood wax once every six months to preserve the luster.
Are your textiles machine washable?
Most of our linens and cotton throws are machine washable on a gentle cycle. However, we recommend air drying to prevent shrinkage and maintain the integrity of the natural fibers.
